I know we've had a few issues over the last couple of days following some traffic spikes and I'm trying to iron them out, so if you've been experiencing any please post them here. Hopefully we'll get these fixed and get back to normal.

Ian, the only thing I have seen is sometimes I'll try to get to the site and it's unavailable. As soon as that happens I usually check twitter because I figured some news on Brady was breaking.

Pretty much the same story. Sometimes I'd get through, sometimes I'd get a site unavailable error on Chrome. Not for any other site, so it had to be this one.

Same as above. I am actually shocked, usually when this happens it means some huge news is breaking, just because Ian is unlucky like that. Figured it would be the Brady appeal news, but it ended up just being a Ghost extension.

Thanks for this thread. My first reaction if I can't load any pages is if I've been banned. Phew.

"Damn it, Ian!!! The site is down again!!!!!!!"

.

Great site. Have enjoyed it immensely. I have the same issues as the prior posters. Sometimes it's available and sometimes not but that has only been the case a few times. Today being one of them.

I will blame you for a one thing though. When the site is down I end up drifting to other sites wondering if there was any breaking news only to find an article in which the comment sections are full of trolls and of course I had to try....Ian.....I had to try to explain the gas law....the AEI report....Ian ...I tried. I could have been here safe at home but ....I.....I had to try....haha

Actually, I got some chores done around the house so the wife is happy.

Phew so it wasn't just me :D

I was unable to sign in all day yesterday, and could only get occasional, brief access even as a lurker. This morning seems fine.

Could only get on to the site sporadically yesterday, but so far so good today. Like others, I figured Goodell had handed down his foregone decision and checked elsewhere what might have happened.

Only intermittendly able to reach pages here yesterday.

Hi Ian -

Unrelated to site isssues yesterday, a longstanding problem for me is that scrolling too quickly within a thread will cause Explorer to crash.

Lots of Safari access problems yesterday. Fine so far this 1st thread today.

Had trouble getting on for long stretches yesterday.

EDIT: Moving like a glacier this morning.

Mozilla, too - I think it's adobe flash.

Trouble getting into the forum. Once there problem quoting and posting it won't upload the quote or multiple quotes. Been going on for two or three days. Thanks for help Ian

Good deal. Let me know of any current issues though. They've already made some changes and I think we're pretty close to being all set, so let me know if you're currently experiencing anything.

I occasionally have this problem: I'm scrolling down a page, reading new posts, when all of a sudden it seems that some ad loads at the top and automatically jumps me up to the top of the page.

It doesn't always happen, but when it does it is annoying. This is with Chrome, with Adblocker and Ghostery apps enabled.
