You can bet those who are will be attached to some high roller. It's not a singles bar. Anyone "hanging out" there is required to be a season ticket holder (of at least two tickets) and pay $1.5k per ticket on top of that. So, your minimum yearly investment is around $5k and goes up from there depending where your seats are located.

No. That's an EDM concert/festival. They all dress like that. Actually, looking at it now, those are pretty reserved outfits for that type of event.
