Bucholz & Ellsbury would be about half of what it would take to aquire Ramirez from the Marlins. Add in Lars Anderson, with a 4th piece, and you might get a deal done. Ramirez is simply too good, and his contract is extremely favorable. Just look at his stat line at age 24: .300 BA, .400 OBP, 92 walks, 35 steals (has stolen 50 twice already), 146 OPS+, 33 Homers, 125 runs, .540 slg%, and a .940 OPS. The kid is an absolute beast. It will take a randsom to aquire him, since Florida has no reason to trade him at all.
