Lawyers to withdraw suit against Patriots over “Spygate”

Looks like we’ll have to find a new candidate for “Most Frivolous Lawsuit of the Year.” According to this story, lawyers for a former Rams player and three fans plan to withdraw a lawsuit that accuses the New England Patriots of cheating in Super Bowl XXXVI.
