Tom Brady provided some additional “insight” into why he’s coming back for a 19th NFL season on Saturday.

Taking to his social media accounts, Brady shared video of himself running with a football on a sandy beach with the caption “Ok so the main reason I’m still playing is I haven’t hit 1,000 career rushing yards yet. 32 to go…”

Brady, far from considered a mobile quarterback, has rushed for 100 plus yards in a season just three times in his career. The last time was 2011.

Presently Brady is sitting at 968 yards with 17 touchdowns, but his last run of 20+ yards came in 2006.

Also included in the caption, were a few funny hashtags directed at a few of his peers around the league.

Watch for the sneak.
