He's got 48 hours to turn himself in. Turns out he's in possession of a second passport which he did not turn in as required. He acquired this second passport just two weeks after shooting Trayvon Martin - and he and his wife lied under oath saying they had no money for bond when, in fact, they had both been busy transferring $135,000.00 between several accounts the day before he appeared in court and declared himself financially indigent.

    Opps.

It's not nice to fool Mother Nature...or lie to a judge, they don't cotton to it.

LOL... Harry, you're advocating he be allowed to accumulate cash and extra passports, rather than make him stand trial for shooting the kid to death?

Is it "we'll get him yet" to try to keep him in-country to stand trial?

Wow... for this one case, you sure are a fan of the rights of the accused!

The silence from the "he's just an honest cop" portion of the forum is deafening.

Holy crap, did he just doom his own bull**** case.

The sooner he is found guilty and locked up the better ... this guy should get the D-bag of the year award.

Looks like he's screwing himself up now, no doubt he should have stayed in his house and watched TV, he should have only used his gun when they tried to come through his own window, f-ck the neighborhood.
    He'll do time now.

Stay away from "neighborhood watch" belonging to it can get you into a lot of trouble with both The Law & The Bad Guys.

The Night Belongs To The Criminal especially in all of the big city's.

He really should stop doing stuff like this until they get the jury sequestered.

Really? I've lived in big cities for the past 20 years (LA, NYC, Chicago) and never had an issue, day or night. Neither has anybody I know, at least off the top of my head.

It must suck living in fear like you so obviously do. I sincerely feel bad for you.

Yeah, come to think of it, whether living in DC or in the burbs, my experience has been the same -- but I will mention one B&E about 20 years ago now. My fragile psyche recovered.

I will mention however that I was once held up in the most trendy part of Williamsburg (VA), where I was working at a High's Ice Cream store (that's like a combination Baskin Robins/7-11.) I think the population was about 20,000. One of them wanted money and had a gun.

You worked at an ice cream store, but make fun of me for once having been a paralegal many, many years ago? I'll take 2 scoops of double dutch please, with chocolate jimmies.

Some loon probably found a way to "ban it" because it might offend boys named "James"

Yes, Wolfpack, but I don't claim an immense body of special knowledge about the specifics of their "tin roof sundae" recipe as a result -- although I would imagine you would feel that your position as a paralegal qualifies you to bloviate about the rocky road.

    Much luv,

PS, I said HALF CAF latte! Christ what do I pay you for???? Huh, what... I don't...?

I don't claim an "immense body of knowledge" - I just stand by the obvious fact that I know considerably more about family law than you or your wife. Remember when she made all those stupid statements about how the judge "gave permission" to a plaintiff to proceed?

What an impressive, important job you held! Now get in the kitchen and make me a banana spilt.

Some people's stupidity knows no bounds.

    It is a regional term.

Are you actually taking that post from Harry Boy seriously and literally?

In that case, I must agree with what you've just said here. Some people's stupidity indeed knows no bounds.
