Just think, your son or daughter can be a bonafide, genuine jihadist!!!! And all he has to do is enroll at Kent State University. Your tax dollars are being put to goooooooooooood use infidel!!!! This history professor not only keeps an online site which contains manuals to kill infidels ... he teaches his students whom he calls his "little jihadists."

If our founding fathers weren't so stupid as to promote freedom of speech and expression, we wouldn't have to be exposed to that idiots' thinking.

The guy is free to say anything he wants, I agree, but I'd be damned if he should be doing this crap while collecting a paycheck from taxpayers. Furthermore, I sure as hell don't want this azzwipe teaching kids in a school.

Next thing you know the govenment will be using our tax money to fund a Christian agenda, and cater to a Faith Based initiative.

Do you suppose the Christian agenda and Faith Based Initiative involves using tax dollars to promote murdering US citizens?

No, but they promote ideas contrary to the beliefs of many, many Americans. I'm all for freedom of speech in acadamia, but I do think this guy's crossed a line and needs to be fired. Holy Diver's point is entirely valid, though, taxpayers often are required to pay into things they find deeply offensive, like faith-based initiatives.

What he said is not only true, but pertinent. I'm offended by having my tax money go to someone preaching Jihad, but I'm also offended in having my tax money go to a Christian group to preach for abstinence and against equal rights.

I don't know the specifics about any of the "faith based initiatives" stuff, so I'll refrain from adding an ignorant reply. What I do know, is what Pujo said, this specific case is unacceptable. The guy should be fired. If some catholic loon was spewing the same crap, I'd say he should be canned to.

If the guy broke the law, he should be fired. If he simply advocates a radical philosophy, I think it's healthy for students to learn what our opponents think. To remain in darkness helps no one, and that's certainly not the role of a university.

ok... I will take that at face value. But what about Holy Diver's point. What about a Christian evangalical teaching creationism at a university? Fine with it?

and what about WWII? Would it be okay to have a Nazi teaching his philosophy at the university during WWII and on the side distributing manuals on how to kill Americans? Fine with it?

A university has a certain educational mission and I can't see advocating religious jihad as being a part of that, and it certainly seems like a violation of the seperation of church and state.

This is really wierd. Patters supports this guys views, and this guy lists himself as an artist....hmmm. At least PAtters is consistent.

its the author of the link, Mike Adams, a professor himself, that claims that Juilio Pino is linked to this blog ... if so ... and I am willing to give him due process, then it is unacceptable.

Is anyone else having trouble with that clowns website? The orange part of the page covers his reports when I try to read them.
