You are Tagliabu: How do you improve the officiating?

I read in an article today Bill Polian of the colts, who is on the competition committee thinks the top crew should work the Super Bowl. They communicate with each other better.

If nothing else...this makes alot of sense...a Super Crew for the Super Bowl and the on the game officiating gets better as the crew works harder, hopefully to earn a higher grade as a team...sure doesn't seem like it can hurt and it's the easiest to implement quickly for next years playoffs.

Full time refs...

Would be a large improvement, how can they justify part-time refs in a game that generates billions of dollars worth of revenue?Players, coaches are making millions of dollars,tv rights are a cash cow,and yet the enforcement and interpretation of the rules is left to part -time employees? Where is the logic????

how about.. as soon at the yellow flags go flyin.. if someone on the field can catch it before it hits the ground..the penalty automatically is erased. :rocker:

This idea is genius.

Naaaa then they'd throw it directly toward Dolts, Squeelers and Donks while throwing it as far away as possible from any team they're playing or the Pats.
