Simply yes or no. To some people this might seem like an ridiculous question, but after reading the mourning here for the last 2 days, there actually isn’t a real clear general consensus. Some people would actually want to strategically lose, in order to take pressure off the team and further dim the target off our back. I personally feel such a philosophy is absolutely ludicrous. People also said in retrospect the whole experience of perfection was more nauseating then exhilarating. (Not criticizing that, I could understand what you're saying) We all know how every single one of us else felt after Brady was initially stuffed in the Ravens game on fourth down, completely numb. More so then any other previous regular season loss feeling, since perfection was on our minds. Will you still have the same mindset this season? I will. I feel the only way to repent for this season is 19-0. Of course the Super Bowl is always the main goal, but for me personally, the only way to make up for the 2007 New England Patriots final outcome, would be perfection. Again, if we go 10-6 and win the Super Bowl I'm still the happiest guy on earth as we all will be. But in terms of making up for this season, 19-0 is truly the only way to wash the dirty taste out of my mouth. What says you Pats board?
