So who do you think will win?
I think it should be a close game, but the Sox will win 6-3.
Time for Schilling to step it up!

I think the Sox will score more then 6. Youk has improved each season and every playoff game, if he continues we'll be talking HOF. Do you think the Cleveland staff were dropping the F bomb when he came to bat. He batted over 500, and when he did go down, he usually went full count and then fouled off 8 or 9 pitches.
The weakest link in the lineup is Lugo, who is starting to get some hits. When he gets on he becomes a nightmare for the opposing team. Its just a matter of time when Big Pappi and Manny jack a couple.
I'm thinking a high scoring game for both sides..................9-7 Sox.

5-3 Red Sox. The Rockies pitchers should be shaking off that rust they acquired from the layoff by now, but it still won't be enough to beat Schilling.

It just clicked why I can't stand McCarver.

Even though he's less biased against the Sox than he used to be...

His continuously overly-dweeby restatement of the utterly obvious is sooo f'ing annoying. Not as bad as listening to Dierdorf do a football game, but in the same vein of annoyingness.

hell of a pickoff move by papelbon!!! Wow talk about a huge out and a smart play. That's gotta be embarassing for holliday, LOL.

And Papelbon ends it with the nasty high heat!! Game Over!! Woot! Red Sox up 2-0!

He must have been saving that all year. It always drove me crazy how he never paid any attention to the runner, letting them take second and third. Setting them up?

It seems that I fail at life.

Now the Rocks are down 2 games to none.

    What is this nonsense?

Schill did his thing................ Paps was Paps............. but for me the story of the day was Okie {once again}.

Okie has been Moss's "steal of the year" counterpart for the Sox. Can you believe we got him for 2.5 M over 2 years. Nice pitcher's deul win.

Okie win player of the game, he deserved it since he come in with 1 out and runners on first and second. Ground out and strike out to end it, big time pitching right there.
Then he retired the next 5 batters for setting up Pap and that crazy pickoff..

On that note, did anyone see that hilarious "miked up" session in the dugout for the "taco talk". Funny stuff.
