I feel sorry for the guy; because I don’t think he was evil. He was just inept.

    #15 Jersey

That is amazing, not the fact that he is so disliked, that they would showplace it for the world (and foggy) to see. Did he speak the other day, because the market really tanked.

    Not surprising.
No one has to kiss his arse anymore.

I wonder what it's like to finish your life knowing that you've been a total failure in the eyes of your country, and all the leaders of the developed world. Hope there's plenty of brush to clear in Texas. What an embarrassment!

    Please.

Writing laws that retroactively protect yourself against wiretapping prosecution? Re-writing laws for the specific purpose of redefining torture? How is that merely "inept?"

No, he's far worse than "inept."

Maybe someone saw him in the mens room not washing his hands after. You know, like "Poppy" in "Seinfeld"

I don’t know. I think Dick Cheney took advantage of him. Bush is just no that smart.

I'd have to agree. I take that as a slap in America's face, not Bush's.

To a degree, sure. The specifics and details were beyond his mental capacity. But the will and the moral decision? That's all Boy King. The fake cowboy knew what he was doing, and wasn't forced against his will... .He was completely on board with every signing order.

Not directing this at you specifically wista, but if anyone feels this video is a "in your face" to the republicans and feels some grim satisfaction, that is a sad reflection upon you. I got ZERO satisfaction out of watching that video.

When are people going to rise above that kind of pettiness?

NO member of the GOP owes anyone else anything on this.

Yup. Cheney's just the more overtly evil of the two. He's so overtly evil that he makes Bush appear as some kind of dumb but the reality is they're 2 peas in a pod. A perfectly designed duo.

Not to say Bush is smart by ANY means, but he's just as corrupt as Cheney.

Many world leaders celebrated Obama's election, so I take it as a slap at Bush specifically.

Oh ok...so you actually liked seeing that? I don't like Bush at all, but he is my president and yours. Those pitiful leaders should be ashamed of themselves.

They were all GUESTS in OUR country. You don't accept an invitation to someone's house and not show respect to the host. Screw them all. I hope we never give any of them aid again.

He didn't even look at anyone, nor attempt to shake anyone's hand. Did they tell him in advance that they wouldn't shake hands with him? There was no eye contact, nor any attempt by those standing to shake hands with him either. It looks to me like they all knew ahead of time that there wouldn't be a hand shake. GW looked straight ahead with his head down, and walked through, without anyone batting an eye. If I'm not mistaken, Merkl was in the line, and he is friendly with her. To me, the one thing I'd say looks likely, is that everyone involved knew ahead of time, that GW wasn't going to be shaking hands with anybody. Why is anyone's guess, but it's likely not for a good reason.
