So guys, Im a pretty skilled person when it comes to sports and I like to keep myself in tip top shape so i can ALWAYS perform at my best. I hit up the gym here 6 times a week for 2 hours per day. I do 8 sets worth of dead lifts and 10 sets of bench presses. I then go to the pool and do 30 laps -- 10 butterfly style, 10 breast stroke, and 10 backstroke. Once I'm done with my intense pool training session, i go to the treadmill where i sprint on it for 30 minutes straight as fast as i can. I get really sweaty and people stare at me while I'm doing it like I'm some sort of freak but they're probably just jealous of my big muscles. I then top my whole workout off with some more bench presses, and i push myself TO THE LIMIT!!!!! Then I go to GNC where i pick up some special supplements that will help me workout harder and make my muscles even bigger... you know. Just measured my arms with the spare tape measure i always carry arround for times like these, and i got 15 inches all the way across my biceps muscle on my right arm. As you can see i'm pretty much a workout buff that loves going to the gym all the time. i'm always looking for ways to improve my fitness and physique so i can dominate on and off the field.
