Bill is actually the sports editor of the Trib...

He was Tomase's mentor (and editor when he went off on his Manny tirade in 2004. Of course he's been known to go off on a tirade or two of his own, like the time he accosted Bledsoe in a hotel lobby three sheets to the wind...). And then there was the infamous article he wrote on (as I recall) a player appearance on Letterman. He was watching a rerun... has never lived that one down.

Ahh yes they make fun of him on The Big Show all the time for that one. That and his scooter.
