    #12 Jersey

Given that Indy (the SB champ) opens Thursday night, do you think Jim Nantz and Phil Simms will call our opener against the Jets? And if both we and the Chargers win in week 1, do you think we'll draw the #1 crew again in week 2?

Considering week 2 will be called by John Madden and Al Michaels no matter what happens in week 1, no.

    #12 Jersey

You're right, sorry. It's a Sunday night game, with Pink again intro'ing?

Yeah. Wow, less than three weeks until that game, huh? Exciting.

Pretty slim pickin's for CBS in week 1, so yeah I'd say we get the #1 crew. Week 2, as others noted, is the evening game.

The word is that there is a memo floating around in the offices of the media outlets that show the games stating that the Patriots are toast. They've concluded that their season is over, so now none of the channels are going to bother broadcasting the Pats games. Afterall, we're 0-2 so far in the presseason. If they lose the next one, the word is that Bob Kraft is going to cancel the season and just forfeit all 16 games.

    :p
