Papi's putting up some pretty gaudy numbers. . .33 HR and 91 RBIs and it's not even August yet. I saw a rumor that he was out last night due to back problems. . .but barring anything major, he's got a chance at 60 homers

I'm sure he'll hit 74 :rocker:

he played first last night and seemed to be moving ok, but its not like he had to make any diving plays or such.

I think he'll get 57. Close, but not quite

Nah. I'll say 54.

yes, yes he will.

I don't know but I hope Foulke hits 60 on the radar gun when he comes back.

David does project out to hit 60 homers at this point.
He has hit 41 homers in 436 at bats.
Which projects out to be 10.634 at bats per home run.
Or we could call it about 2.5 games /1 homer.
There are 48 games left in the season so..
2.5 into 48 equals 19.2
Add that to the 41 he has and you have 60.2

Using that same math, Manny projects out to 48hr. FWIW

I say if he doesnt hit 60+ He will get close to it
