Good article, I learned something new. I always thought Bill was a center at Wesleyan, not a tight end. Further research confirmed he actually played both positions. Now I know why he likes that position so much.

Is it just me, or does a young Belichick share a striking resemblance to a mid-career John Elway?

Make that three (?four) of us because for a second I thought they mistakenly put a picture of Elway where BB should have been.....Close enough for a 'switched at birth' mention...

Except that Belichick has normal-size teeth for a human, while Elway's teeth are the size of a small human.

Actually Bill is Elways real dad.
Another look alike is Drew Bledsoe and Lt.Winters ( Kirk Acevedo), in Band of Brothers.

So, I see why this got buried. People found the picture of Belichick more interesting than some of the facts that the article brought to light.

I found this tid bit extremely informative and puts into light the mentality BB wants from his OCs.

Simple formations with a lot of variations. So, it looks like McDaniels learned much of his stuff from BB...... Interesting....

    Further on,

This tells me that the OFFENSE the Pats run is HIS offense and that he's assigned it to the OC to run it and continue to tweak it..

I wonder if this will change some of the misconceptions certain people have about the previous OCs.. *ponder* Probably not..

OC and QBs too as he meets with the QBs as well to iron out the plays...

And give up the need to use them as whipping boys? Not a chance...

Jesus. Even in his younger days, BB was still a future pedophile.
