Why Giants will lose

"The Giants went all out, we didn't.".

That is partially true. Brady said (Monday morning interview) that the Giants played with more intensity for the first part of the game. He said that the Pats had to rise to the Giants' level of intensity or they were going to lose the game.

And the rest is history.

The team is not perfect. No team is, was, or ever will be. No team is immune from the normal ups and downs. The only thing they can control is the record, which even when perfect contains many imperfect moments.

But you see if you cannot embrace that then you are in denial of how life works. Perfection is a myth.

BB's defense will play much the same as it has, to many a fan's dismay.
-Pats will focus on containment of Jacobs & Bradshaw.
-Pats will play that soft ass zone secondary, making Eli look great again.
-Burress will be Burress and probably get 9-11 for 125 yds+
-Pats will hopefully come up big in the redzone, and hold the G-men under 28.

-G-men's pass rush will harrass Brady, and on some drives he will 'seem' to be out of sorts.
-Moss will not be left alone in single coverage again.
-Maroney will play great.
-Welker & Faulk will move the chains.
-Hopefully the Pats got all their turnovers out of the way against SD.
-Pats score 34+

Personally I would like to see tighter coverage on the receivers off the line, but I don't think the Pats have the personnel for that.
I'd like to see more pressure brought on Eli to shake his confidence, but I haven't seen anything from BB and co. to make me think that's coming.
I'd like Jacobs to lose 45lbs in 2 weeks.
I'd like Brady's 'foot issue' to be an illusion.

I don't know if the Giants injuries are substantial enough to still be an issue in 2 weeks, but their secondary is still banged up.
The Pats o-line shoudl be fully rested and ready to go, our TE's are both healthy, Lo-mo & Faulk are playing great, etc.
