Why Do They Keep Trying To Throw?

    The run game is working really well. The pass game is not. Yet they keep trying to throw. Why?

    Great question......Maroney is kicking it.......may have to chock this answer up to a quarterbacks coach promoted to OC.....who is calling the plays.....we have....Caldwell.....Brown....and Bam....as our top receivers.....not looking very good right now....

    You're right, the playcalling and formations we run those plays out of have been less than mediocre.

    We have over 100+ yards rushing in the first half, if you noticed that when Buffalo saw we couldn't pass (how strange is that) they stuffed the run, Maroney's last two runs, a combined 3 yards, Dillon had similar problems. Need to complete some passes to keep em honest.

    The running is working because there is play calling balance...I think the plays and players were mixed up pretty well...1st game tape will show much to improve on of course...but I really like the balance.
