I wonder how "the sorriest corner in the league" can cover high-flying 6'5" Vincent Jackson or slippery-dude Chris Chambers.

That's funny because that exactly what "Classy" Phillip Rivers will be screaming at fans prior to the game on Sunday.

Sorry, but 19 yards per return would be amongst the WORST in the league. Hobbs, Welker and Faulk did not muff a return all year either. Also, You, like many other people, forget the MAJOR part of the return is NOT the runner, but the blocking. And it stunk.

I did not say that the defense was SOFT. I said the CBs were soft on the WRs. And, I'm sorry, if the Pats CBs are playing 10 yards off the WRs on 3rd and 5, then the other team deserves the 1st down every time.

I wasn't searching. And its pretty funny that Mike Reiss said much the same I did about the negatives.

I'm confused.. is this thread a copy of Reiss's?
