Who played their last game as a Patriot on Sunday?

I have a feeling Dola may not be coming back. He has taken us as far as he can.
Dola, Jo Jo, Cannon, Cannon, Cannon, Fleming, S. Chandler, Mayo.
What if the Browns want Vollmer as part of a deal for Thomas? Do you do it and move Solder to right?

With Cannonfodder & Cam Fleming, the Pats' OT depth is a mile wide (their bellies) and an inch thick
(their ability).
Both of them suck and need to be replaced by Opening Day. They are less than useless.
well I believe that for Fleming since they cut him once this season but idk about Cannon, as I have said several times he is ell liked by BB and has had stretches where he has played very well

Well i think Mayo is gone. Possibly Lafell

In terms of contractual issues, the players the Pats need to look at:

Jerod Mayo, $11.4mm
Nate Solder, $10.3mm
Danny Amendola, $7.3mm
Marcus Cannon, $4.8mm
Brandon LaFell, $3.7mm
Scott Chandler, $3.0mm

As many have noted, the Patriots save over $7mm by not purchasing the Mayo option.
Solder's absence may have proved his value more than his presence, but $10mm is too much. Of course, they don't have ready options available, as the second half of the season proved. Extending Solder could save a lot of money.
Amendola needs to restructure.
The Patriots seemed to love Cannon a lot more than the fans the past couple years. Not sure they still do - this offseason will demonstrate where they are.
No downside to losing LaFell and Chandler, and significant savings.

The Patriots could quickly open up over $15mm in cap space with some actions in this group.

The number you have quoted are all but irrelevant. What is relevant is the new money that would be committed to each team, and the cap effect by cutting a player.
