It was asked in another thread how many current Pats are lacking rings. Good question, but it might be easier to list the ones who have them.

Here's my list:

QB Brady
RB Faulk
TE Watson
WR T. Brown
OL Light, Koppen, Neal, Hochstein

K/P/LS Paxton

DL Seymour, Warren, Green, Wilfork
LB Bruschi, Vrabel, Colvin, A. Thomas, Izzo
DB Samuel, Harrison, Wilson, Gay

I'm not so sure about Billy Yates

With the single exception of AD, this is the list of guys who got a ring three years ago with the Pats. I couldn't find any other special cases who got rings some other way.

You can add Eric Alexander to the list. He was on the 2004 superbowl roster

Doesn't (incomplete list, just off the top of my head):

  • Stallworth
  • Moss
  • Welker
  • Brady (Kyle)
  • Thomas
  • Seau
  • Maroney
  • Gaffney (?)
  • Cassel (?)
  • Jackson (Chad)
  • Spach

The Patriots have 52 players on their roster as of this moment.

Which Superbowl did the Chargers and Eagles win?

I know AD has one from the Ravens, but I think that was his rookie season and he likely didn't play since he was a ST'er for a couple of seasons there before he cracked the starting roster.

Seau has a Super Bowl Ring. The Chargers lost in the Super Bowl XXIX to the 49ers.

I'm pretty sure the original poster was talking about Super Bowl Championship rings and not conference championship rings. Either that or I'm totally confused.

Add Me I have the second one.:D

Quite so.

The former, not the latter. ;)

FYI - I do know that the Chargers and Eagles have not won a Super Bowl.;)

I'm pretty sure that players on the losing team also get rings.

LOL If they do get appearance rings they likely sell them on Ebay. Rodney was on that team with Junior and he was still looking for a ring when he arrived here. And Stallworth wasn't on the Eagles team that went to XXXIX, he was still in Atlanta and I KNOW the only kind of ring the Falcons ever had a player involved in was related to dog fighting...

you're probably right, and I think we're arguing semantics, but I've always thought that when people talk about a "Ring" they are talking about a "Winner's Ring."

Stallworth was in New Orleans not Atlanta.

If you don't count superbowl appearances I think it should look like this. Note that Hochstein has two rings despite Warren Sapp not wanting to give him one. Izzo has a few himself.
