I think Pittsburg honestly because of their balance on both sides and their ability to get pressure on the QB.

The Jags are right behind them.

and I think San Diego offers no competition considering Rivers and Peyton threw light 6 INT's and the chargers barely beat them plus Indy traveled across the country.

    Thoughts?

I'd rather face the Steelers again than either Jacksonville or San Diego, so I'd say the same for the Colts. I think Jacksonville knows them best and would be a better foe for the Colts than the Chargers. However, if today's standings hold up, The Wildcard round is Jax (5) at Chargers (4) and Browns (6) at Steelers (3). I'm assuming that the Steelers will beat the Browns at Home. That would put them against the Colts (2) in the Divisional Round.

This is like asking, who has the best chance of beating the Patriots, the Jets or Dolphins? Ain't gonna happen folks.

Do the teams reseed after each round by record?

I'm saying if the Chargers and Browns win the first round BUT the Browns have a better record, who would play who in the second round?

The Pats would get the lesser team, but would it be Whales Vagina if they had the worse record, who won there division or the Browns ?

    Does that make sense?

    Strictly by seeding.

Indy will almost certainly play the Steelers, and almost certainly will win.

I agree, but with the hard nosed type of football that the Steelers play the Colts might be a little hobbled for the AFCCG. :singing:

Anyone who thinks the Jaguars have a better chance against Indy is crazy. It happens every year...people say the Jags can beat the Colts because of their defense and running game, but it just won't happen. The Steelers match up better against the Colts than everyone except NE.

I think Indy will beat both anyway.

Only way it doesn't happen is if the 6th seed (Cleveland) beats Pittsburgh.

Which could happen. Divisional opponents are tricky.

I do wonder what the hell the Cleveland D, or lack thereof, would do against Indy's O though.

Also, there is no way the Pats can play the 3 seed (Pittsburgh) in the second round, I believe.

I literally have not seen Cleveland play other than highlights and I had Derek Anderson as my Fantasy quarterback.

I personally, would probably the Colts play San Diego other than any other team in the playoffs.

Correct, Pats will only play the 4th, 5th or 6th seeds in the second round, whoever is the lowest remaining seed. Indy at the two seed would play the next lowest remaining seed.

I just don't see Indy losing to anyone except the Patriots, unless they have a really bad game or they lose another receiver to injury. Even without Freeney and Harrison they are still kicking butt. You need a great offense to counter their offense...it's the only way to beat the Colts.
