We're down to one last pick and I was wondering who everyone was hoping to get if they were still there.
One guy I like is Charles Gordon. If he was to make the team, he would give us another option in the return game and could add bulk and eventually contribute with the regular defense.
Another guy is Anwar Phillips. Decent sized DB that could play at either corner or safety.
Hank Baskett is someone with probably a better chance of making the team than anyone at this point in the draft because of our overall depth chart at WR. He doesn't have the exceptional route-running ability that we're used to but he just seems to dominate games when he needs to. Tough blocker, physical player that will go for the ball. Solid WR.
Mgteich has mentioned before we could use someone as competition for Klecko and Thomas. That could come in Rodrique Wright. I've seen most of UT's games since he was a true freshman. Like his bio will read, he never really turned it on and dominated non-stop the way you would expect but he is still a solid DL that did make plays. He has huge upside if the coaches can get him to play consistently, the same has been said for Gabe Watson.
