I'm with Ochmed, I want them to draft Amaro to replace Hernandez. Might be able to trade down and get him too. I think at 6'5" 265# 4.74 40 he might be a little big for that role though.
However, on Friday, he got medical clearance and went through an individual workout with the Jets. At 6-foot-6 and 271 pounds, he ran a blazing 4.56 in the 40-yard dash, with a 37.5-inch vertical jump, NFL scout Dave-Te’ Thomas told Packer Report on Saturday.
If that's the case then it's 29 if you want him and risking losing him with a trade back.

My problem with Amaro: He is not fast enough, quick enough, or elusive enough to replicate AH or be a move tight end. He is essentially the size of an inline tight end that can't play on the line or block.
His combine numbers were pretty awful; for a pure receiving tight end who adds nothing in terms of blocking to run a 4.74 40 and 7.42 3 cone is down right ugly. I would like to see 4.6s and 6.9-7.1 3 cone for a high pick at move tight end.
His tape was also pretty unspectacular which makes me believe he was a product of the huge passing numbers the Tech system creates.
Give me ASJ/Niklas/CJF and Burton/Thomas later on and I ll be good.
I believe Gronkowski ran a 4.75 ? He pretty fast enough. What I like about him (Amaro) doesn't always translate to numbers. The guy is confident and hungry, he wants to be the best. he wants the ball in key situations. I don't know what video you are watching, everytime I watch film of him I'm very impressed, he just knows how to get open, almost like a big receiver, AND, though not a great blocker, hes good enough. I really think he'd be an amazing addition to Gronk, AND, a very tough red zone matchup. I think he can be better than AHern. I'd be thrilled even if we took him at 29.My problem with Amaro: He is not fast enough, quick enough, or elusive enough to replicate AH or be a move tight end. Very impressive ! We know how much BB loves guys who can do it all. Hopefully Burton and Dri Archer wind up as Pat's picks.I don't know where he may drafted next week but this guy is moving up and should be on our radar as an AH replacement if we don't draft one of the more well known TE: Florida's Trey Burton.
At the combine, Burton measured in at 6’2 and 224 pounds and ran a 4.62 40-yard dash.
He started as a QB at Florida, but soon became a Wildcat specialist. He’s lined up at RB, H-back, TE and WR and ran with the tight ends during the NFL scouting combine.
In 4 seasons with the Gators, Burton had 153 carries for 720 career yards and 16 touchdowns, made 107 receptions for 976 yards and four touchdowns and completed 11 of 17 passes for 103 yards with no touchdowns and one interception.
I have felt all along to not take a TE until round 3 at the earliest. I realize the impact and need for a TE on the Patriots, but I think there are more pressing needs to address first. The more I think about this TE class the more I get confused. So I'd rather not out think and confuse myself and prefer to go safe and take Fiedorowicz in the 3rd/4th rather than potentially blow a 1st/2nd on ASJ/Niklas/etc. when there are other positions with more certainty we can take a look at in the 1st/2nd rounds.
