My pick for the biggest disappointment is Vince Young. Let me first say that I'm a huge UT fan. It was a great feeling knowing that as soon as the Longhorns stopped Lendale White short of the 1st down, Vince was going to march down the field and win the national championship. I also believe that had he stayed for his senior year, he would have left considered as the best player in college football history. I think many already think of him as the best big game player ever. I watched him develop at Texas and I expect him to be a very good NFL QB down the road. It just won't be this year. He has a long way to go in the NFL. I think people, especially Titans fans, will expect too much of him this year because of how at times last season he flashed that magic he had in college, the ability to simply win games. The Titans aren't that great of a team and they definately took a hit both defensively and on special teams with the loss of Pacman. His supporting cast on offense isn't very great and the defense was the worst in the NFL last year even with Jones so it's going to be a struggle. My opinion has nothing to do with the Madden curse or the sophmore slump, it's basically that people will expect wins that he can't deliver all by himself.
