With all this Randy Moss talk, people seem to forget that Mike Vrabel had 7 tackles, 2.5 sacks, and a strip. He pressured Pennington a few other times too. If it wasn't for Moss getting 183 yards and a TD, Vrabel would have been the talk of the board. He deserves his props for today. He really stepped up his game returning outside.

It was nice to see him back at his natural position. The production is nice showing he hasn't slowed down. AD was always around the ball too missing some int's.

Mike is solid and everybody already knows that....Defense is where it is at anyways....

This is a day to recognize the new players. If you started a thread about linebackers, much of the talk would be about Thomas, He WAS unbelievable.

But you're correct, Vrabel was a defensive star today. But then so were Thomas and Wilfork

Don't forget Jarvis Green's outstanding day.

I know you gotta give the props to the new guys, but Vrabel had a defensive player of the week type of performance. What he did was special, but then so was Jarvis Green's two sacks.

I always have love for Vrabel!!

Well, if he had managed to get himself a touchdown too . . . . :D

He looked like he was throwing himself a party...practically giddy to be back on the outside.
