By the time the Giants beat the Packers on Sunday night, I think most of us knew where we would be watching the Super Bowl so I was curious to see what plans the posters here have.

Sorry that I was limited to a max of 10 options otherwise I would have come up with 20-30.

I *finally* have Fox in HD so I'm cranking up the home theater and inviting a bunch of friends to watch the Pats on an 8-foot wide screen. Yeah, baby!

I considered some options like going to Arizona for tailgaiting, etc, or going down to your place to watch with the OC fan club like for SB 38 but like SB 39, I'm just going to stay home with the wife and kids and a bottle of champagne on ice.

I'll answer "home". Particularly in the playoffs, I find I enjoy the games far more if I can sit alone on my couch and really give it the attention it deserves. I don't want to come back from commercial and still hear people chattering about how funny that McDonald's commercial was, or (god-forbid) how cute Tom Brady is.

A lot of people like to watch in big groups so they can drink in the energy and feed off each other, and I understand that. I was in college during the Sox run in '04, and made the mistake of watching with other people, who tended to be as much of a distraction as anything. Now when the big games come along, it's just me on the couch (maybe with one or two equally dedicated Pats fans), and I like it that way.

With my new partner in crime my 5 month old daughter in our pats gear.we did that for jacksonville and not for the chargers so i am doing the gear with my daughter for the game.

i am with you...i have to watch it alone. I have had parties or have gone to parties and i just cant give the game my full attention because i have to mingle or talk to guests. I much rather be alone

I'm the exact same way. ;)

At home with my wife and two little girls - ages 5 and 2.5 - in their Pats outfits (no pink thank you)

The 5 year old is absolutely nuts for Brady. Come to think of it, the wife is too.....

You guys with kids need to watch what you yell - when Welker scored in the 4th quarter this week I yelled "Wes Welker, will you marry me" and my 8 year old son said "Daddy, you want to marry a boy ?" :)

This made me laugh. When I yell it's usually just accompanied by my girlfriend coming down to the basement and looking at me from the stairs going "did you die or something? You know they can't hear you, right?"

Some people just don't understand.

My streak of hosting 10-years of Super Bowl parties ended 4-years ago when I moved to Denver. I was hoping to talk my buddy into hosting a party at his house but it looks like we are off to the bar to watch the final game of the season.

The bar is fun with all the other Pats fans there but you cannot concentrate on the game like you could at home or even at a house party.

I will tape the game and watch it again afterwards.

Home with family and friends...some drink...wings and lots of food. Game time comes, whoever can stay in the living room , with my surround sound turned up until the walls shake, on my 60" tv. That way you have to listen to no-one but live play by play. Just crank it up.

I am gonna be on the road in New Orleans for Mardi Gras, will watch the game with my bro in law's krewe somewhere.. it will be all good.

Anyone have any special traditions or superstitions?

Anyone making something special for the menu?

Getting a new jersey?
