Yes. A United States going in the right direction and escaping from the worst economic decade since the Depression.

    Nothing has changed??????

You just listed Gitmo as something that hasn't changed in your previous post. Do you just type on your keyboard without even thinking????

Then what have you been tearing your hair out about the past nine months regarding all the "Communism", "Tea Bagging" "National Health Care", etc.

Harry, at least be consistent - - unless you have multiple personalities

I can guarantee you MAINSTREAM Americans will not accept the USA going in the socialist direction. I won't accept it and neither will the majority of AMericans.

Like I said, wait til the next election cycle and see what happens. Those who favor socialism will be boo-hooing all the way home.:D

No one is advocating for socialism. That's claptrap people use because they don't want to think critically about what's actually occurring and being proposed.

I reckon the anti-war protesters went to the same place the Republicans went when they suddenly became fiscal conservatives on Jan. 20, 2009.

    What has changed in Gitmo......

I've been tearing my hair out because nothing has changed and on top of "no change" things are getting worse but now the Bush Haters are SILENT, everything they went insane over is still going on why doesn't that bother them or is it they don't want to embarrass their little Poster Boy Obama, if Bush had sent 30,000 young Americans into that Afghanistan Sh!t Hole everybody in Hollywood and the US Congress would have set themselves on fire and be screaming for impeachment.

    Gitmo Again
It took two weeks to close Alcatraz and relocate the prisoners, Gitmo will never close.

Yeah, there's really no difference in variety between those kept in Alcatraz and those kept in Guantanamo Bay.

I'm not talking about the Prisoners personally I'm talking about Moving them, pack them up put them on a plane and send them to maximum security, it could have been done months ago, by the US Army and the US Marshalls.

Barack Hussein Obama Is Full Of Sh!t many of his supporters are now beginning to see that.

There is even a brand new Max security prison sitting mostly unused in IL. The big problem I have with them coming into CONUS is that the guards and prison employees will now become exposed to terrorism. In gitmo they would have almost no access to the guards. Does it also complicate things if we bring there here WRT to military trials, I'm not clear on all the different legal subtleties concerning being here or in gitmo.

No, because Barack Hussein Obama doesn't have the ability to unilaterally make that decision. Don't get all butthurt because those on your side of the aisle have made it their mission to demagogue the issue.

Meaning just what it says. They would be easier to target. They are not on a secluded base.

Are our military members allowed to live off base there? Or am I wrong?

Do you know what the WPA was? The Interstate Highway Act???? Social Security???? Medicare??????? The TVA?????? Food Stamps??????

What you wrote is like stating "Americans will not stand for farmers growing corn".

Personally, I'd prefer that they all tragically die in a plane crash caused by something "unknown":D

And how would this be a more effective target than, say, a subway, airport, or chemical plant?
