What's the update on replacing Pioli?

Thats what I thought....I know everyone expects these things to happen and I do too but this conversation had me thinking I was missing something.
He doesn't need to be elevated to executive level, he's already Director of Player Personnel - all scouting activity was cleared through him. The most likely change is Caserio is not as involved in the contract negtiations - though they'll likely have him doing some of that in time.
