What would you rather take- the 3rd or 4th seed??

multiple Threads about playoff seeding in week 11......:bricks:

lets get back to one game at a time, please.

now that i got the obligatory patriots way reminder message out of the way.....

Not taking the highest seed possible is 99% of the time silly. In the off-chance** that both the 3 and the 4 seed win their away games; would you rather play the AFCCG in Foxboro or SOMEWHERE ELSE? 3-seed HANDS DOWN. Thanks for playing.

**(assuming the Pats win as a given; we are only talking about the chance of the underdog in the other game and the odds on road teams are probably like 40%-so that 'off chance' is still pretty good)

I was meaning this thread title hypothetically, say we can't get the 1st or 2nd seed. Let's say Houston and Baltimore are ahead of us since Baltimore has the tiebreaker and Houston's...well Houston. In that situation what seed would you rather take?

They aren't going through a murderer's row but every game save Jacksonville should at least be competitive.

43-37

That's why they play the games.
