    You crazy kids.

1965 ... "You've Lost That Lovin' Feelin'" by The Righteous Brothers
Dam I hate that song. Actually I hate all Righteous Brother's songs.
Had I been one year earlier it would have been
1964 ... "I Want to Hold Your Hand" by The Beatles :)

    Cool link Jack

Mine was "Lonely Boy" by Paul Anka....great title considering I was the youngest with 3 evil older sisters, a philandering father and..............let's just leave it that I learned how to succeed on my own.

December 20th, 1969 ... "Leaving on a Jet Plane" by Peter, Paul & Mary

    April 19th, 1989 ... "Like a Prayer" by Madonna (Day I enlisted)

May 27th, 1987 ... "With or Without You" by U2 (Graduated High School)

March 27th, 2001 ... "Angel" by Shaggy featuring Rayvon (Left the service)

    ....

Wow, 4 important dates, 1.5 decent songs (not a big PPM fan).

You ain't kidding - I was at the "1984" concert at the Providence Civic Center - likely at the time you were getting born over at Women and Infants!

Anyways, I think my #1 song stands up better to the test of time than "Jump"

1968 ... "Hey Jude" by The Beatles

Silly Love Songs by Paul McCartney and Wings. Huh, I've heard of Wings but never heard the song I don't think. I probably have actually and just didn't know the name.

I'm sure you'd recognize it if you heard it - but consider yourself lucky for not having heard of Wings.

It was a painful musical incarnation for the former-Beatle and indeed, some speculate that Linda McCartney and the band members must have had compromising photos of Paul to prompt his willing involvement with them.

I cannot find the specific song on the day I was born, but in 1947 some of the top songs were by Al Jolson, Doris Day etc...guess they did not keep good lists then.
