where are we headed with our last first day pick

Definately defense. I think most of the rest of our picks will be defensive players.

I wouldn't mind seeing the Patriots pick up Anthony Schlegel the MLB out of Ohio State. That dude looks pretty good as well.

I think you absolutely need a linebacker in the 3rd or 4th, beisel can't be counted on. there is still great value of there for defense.

Honey do list

Defense please LB, CB or S. And don't forget to get me my damn kicker!

I voted linebacker, but it really doesn't matter because our 3rd round picks NEVER work out! :p

I'm hoping that they can snag Darryl Tapp.

You mean Calvin's imaginary friend? ;) Actually, Hobbs, Kazcur and J.R. Redmond were all 3rd round picks who worked out.

I agreed with you until you listed JR Redmond.

I think they need to draft a stud safety. There is no guarantees Rodney is coming back and he is not getting any younger. His loss was the biggest in 2005.

Is Darnell Bing USC safety still available ? I think that would make this a great first day. Definately would be an "A" rating.

Darnell Bing is a stiff..... ILB is the next pick. Get Vrabel back to OLB..... Lotta good ones are on the board.... I want Oliver Hoyte but would be a slight "reach" at 84...... :rocker:

I had to list him. He made a major contribution to the Super Bowl run in 2001, including a clutch catch and run to get out of bounds and stop the clock in the heroic last 1:21 of SB 36. OR was it two catches on that drive?
