What I want to see this Sunday.

Alright, if we're going to make our eyes bleed let's get it over with and put it all together in one picture.

Why is Roethlisberger handing that chick who is blowing the poodle a towel?

Edit: Never mind. I figured it out on my own.

On a little more serious note, I came across this column from the New Hampshire Union Leader. It's looking ahead to ten keys for the Pats in the second half of the season, but it could apply just as well to just this next game at Pittsburgh.

Dave D'Onofrio's Patriots Notebook: Ten keys to 2nd-half success - Tuesday, Nov. 9, 2010

Here are a couple of his points:

7. Take care of the football. If it seems like an obvious priority, that's because it is. New England's turnover ratio is plus-10 in wins, and minus-5 in losses. Sunday showed how slim the talent gap really is on a weekly basis, and the Patriots aren't in a place where they can afford mistakes.

10. Tighten up the pass defense. The Jets are the only top-10 rushing attack that the Patriots will face the rest of the way, meaning the strength of the seven other opponents is making yards through the air. That'll put the pressure on a defense that's banged up at safety, young at corner, ineffective in getting to the quarterback -- and already football's fourth-worst in yards per game (268.9).

Breaking news: the Steelers do not have cheerleaders.

So what, I still want to see topless cheerleaders.

A few of the cheerleaders from a local college sometimes go to the same bar I watch the games at. If one or more of them decides to disrob at the bar, I will lose all focus on the game.

Its not like the TV would show the cheeleaders if they went topless at the game anyway. My best chance (although quite remote) is one of the locals getting way too drunk.

While a win is a win, getting healthy and being injury free is more important at this point. I havelieetl question that this is a playoff if we are healthier than now after 12 games (yes, even if are are 7-5 which I don't expect).

What I want to see is an injury free game more concerning to me than a win or loss

I don't want it to happen but I would take an injury free loss to the steelers anytime over a win that includes injuries to key players which would affect the rest of the season..

We are another key player injury or two away from this team getting in serious trouble.

Board vets have been saying all along we'd lose a head-scratcher. We did and it caused mass-insanity. I actually think we'll put it to the Steelers pretty good if we stop the mistakes and Welker goes balls-to-the-wall in his route running.

Who are we adding to help this crucial area? Forget yards; the opposing quarterbacks are converting third downs at will (32nd we are) and have a 70% completion rate (32nd). Our defense can't get the other team off the field (TOP is also 32nd).

Part of the answer is to have our nickel back healthy. Of course having a safety whose weakness is coverage is another problem entirely. The reality is that we should be able to have corners that are capable of being nickel and dime backs.

I'd rather see them win, but I will have some level of satisfaction if they simply don't look like idiots

I want to see the opening kick off pin us at the 1yard line. I then want to see a complete breakdown and Brady be forced to scramble and once he realizes he has no open receivers, I want to see him run it in for a 99 yard touchdown.
Then I want to see him high five a topless Giselle in the end zone.
Then I want aliens to attack the field and Welker and Woodhead are forced to reveal their super twin powers to defend humanity.
Once the aliens are defeated I want to see Welker and Woodhead also both high five a topless Giselle in the end zone.
After that, a win is just gravy.

What do I want to see?

a healthy Chung, a healthy Branch and a healthy Taylor.

Normally I would say a win and that's all.

But after the Browns game I'm looking for something else this Sunday. I'm looking for the team to be sharp, play with intensity, not make stupid mistakes, and protect the ball.

I think that the Browns game was just one of those games that teams have once in a while. It was one of those games that started off bad and just snowballed out of control.

That is what I thought during the game and that's what I think now. But if they come out the same way 2 games in a row then it's more than that and then I'll be very concerned.

A win against the Steelers would be great. but as long as they are sharp and execute well, a close loss would be disappointing but not that bad going into the home game against the Colts.

Agree? Disagree?

i totally agree with you

well said

Brady to throw 300 yards and/or 4 touchdowns, too bad it will not happen all season.

I wanna see our d-line be more aggresive and not get man-handled like they did against the browns. That would be a nice start.

I'd like to see O'Brien stripped of his play calling duties....and a Patriots win :)

Breaking news: the Steelers do not have cheerleaders. And, we should all be grateful for that!:p

But they DO have "Steely McBeam" -- gay porn star extraordinaire.

That won't be nearly enough to win if our defense doesn't improve.

Well against the Bengals he came close with 258 YDS, 3 TD. it can happen.
