What happens to traded draft picks if there is a lockout?

IF.....there is no 2011 season, teams will have drafted players from 2011 and 2012 draft classes....14 players on average that could replace veterans that sided with the players union stance. These owners have lots of leverage and the minimum salary guys will get vocal when the lockout approaches. JAGs want jobs and checks. Can't expect 2nd stringers to be hardcore backers of large 1st rounder salaries and salary cap adjustments. Minimum salaries won't be going down, and JAG votes count the same as the stars.
