    There will be only 31 picks in the first round.

    Our pick, the 32nd pick :)cool:) will not exist.

    Since there still has to be 255 picks in the draft, some team will get it as a "Supplemental Compensatory" pick at the end of the 7th round.

    Nope, it's always 255, no matter how many supplmentary/forfeited picks there are.

    The NFL simply awards "Supplemental Compensatory" picks at the end of the 7th round to fill the remaining space.
