Sharron Angle, The Tea-Party/Republican candidate "guarenteed" to win the House seat from Harry Reid, invited reporters to a press conference yesterday.

    This is how it went.

    1. Sharron Angle speaks for approximately 3 minutes

    2. The MC announces that he, Sharron and several other politicians will now take questions from the media.

    3. Sharron Angle walks out.

    4. Everyone follows Sharron Angle to her car, leaving the hard-hat guys she was posing with staring blankly after them and the other politicans milling around looking confused.

    5. Sharron Angle gets in her car without saying a word

    6. Sharron Angle drives away.

    WTF?

Video: Republican candidate Sharon Angle refuses to answer questions at her own press conference

Looks like this lady is done...

But most of America will still pray with all their hearts that Harry is sent to pasture. He has little support and millions despising him...that aint gonna change.

You can bet the farm the country is going to go more conservative, not liberal in the coming years.

Harry Reid has been dumping his warchest on her. She's just started to run ads and last I checked was about even if not slightly ahead. Will be very interesting -- this really is a race about the tea party vs the establishment.

Now this is all they got, now the Obama Media won't be able to twist, spin and distort her answers, If I were a Republican candidate running against the weasle Reid the last thing in the world I would want is somebody from MSNBC asking me their sh!t loaded questions.

If Charles Manson was running against Reid right now he'd win.

And we have the teabaggers to thank for stepping in and ensuring Harry Reid's re-election.

It doesn't matter how many ads Angle runs. She's completely nuts, and not ready for the scrutiny that comes with running for higher office.

Yeah, right. Because if this were a Democrat running for office, we all know you'd be so forgiving.

As for your latter point, now that Angle is losing to Reid, are you insinuating that Charles Manson would be a stronger candidate than old Sharron? If so, I agree!

I really can't stand Reid but I hope Angle doesn't win. Sometimes voting an idiot out means a bigger idiot wins.

There are a lot of good democrats out there, right now in America it seems as though the Rotten Ones are running the party, I stll vote for some democrats in my local elections, I was a democrat all my life until the "crazies" took them over.

Our country is turning into a third world cesspool and the Present Democrat Politicians and Left Wing Media are largely responsible, look whats going on in Arizona, look at what this Socialist President is doing to the economy.

    Hope Change..................Joke

I'd make the same exact argument about the Republican party, which is why I almost never vote for Republicans anymore.

It's all through the eye of the beholder.

Harry Reid is a complete loser, a moron, and a prime example of why this country is in such shambles. Anyone who posts about the glory, or possiblity of his reelection, in a positive light, is pretty much the same.

Sorry, but that's not how politics works.

The question is simple: Do you prefer Harry Reid, or Sharron Angle? If you don't mind electing someone who is bat**** crazy to the US Senate, you prefer Angle. If you want to bite the bullet and express relief that such a situation has apparently been avoided, you choose Reid.

It's the same reaction many people have with Sarah Palin. Say what you will about Barack Obama, but if it's Obama vs. Palin in 2012, I'd vote for Obama no matter what he does between now and then.

Is there a conservative woman you don't find bat**** crazy?

    Sure.

Probably the majority, even. They may be misguided and I may not agree with their ideology, but my list of bat**** crazy Republican women is pretty limited. Off the top of my head:

    1) Sarah Palin
    2) Sharron Angle
    3) Pamela Gorman
    4) Sue Myrick
    5) Virginia Foxx
    6) The late Helen Chenoweth (since she pretty much pioneered and typifies the contemporary insane Republican woman).

So Jan Brewer and Michelle Bachmann aren't crazy in your opinion.

Not sure about Brewer, but Bachman is certifiable.. every year she and her family welcome farm subsidies, but then she rails and whine about how bad the government is..

Just another freaking right wing idiot.. inow a situational socialist, if it benefits her it is ok.. but if it appears to be benefitting someone else it is bad.

Check again - in the state where it matters:

The Mason-Dixon poll showed that if the general election were held now, Reid would win 44 percent to 37 percent for Angle. Ten percent were undecided, 5 percent would choose "none of these candidates," and the remaining 4 percent would pick another candidate on the ballot.

That is the best Reid has done against Angle this year in a series of Mason-Dixon polls. Previously, the two had been locked in a statistical dead heat with Angle finishing just ahead of Reid in February, 44 percent to 42 percent, and in June, 44 percent to 41 percent, and Reid finishing just ahead of Angle in May, 42 percent to 39 percent.

The phone survey, taken Monday through Wednesday of 625 likely voters in Nevada, is the first in which Reid has finished ahead of Angle outside the margin of error of plus or minus 4 percentage points.

Oh, snap. Must've been a little slow this morning because Michelle Bachmann is certifiable and deserves to be at the top of this list. She's like the Republican version of Cynthia McKinney.

Jan Brewer? No, I don't think she's insane. I think she's a political opportunist, and a shrewd one at that.

Sorry, but that how BS works. Only a mental midget believes that we're best served by electing the lesser percieved idiot. We shouldn't elect idiots at all. Also, none of us have a vote in that election, so hoping that a known moron wins, pretty much puts you in the same company. I don't even know where Angle stands on any issue, but I know Harry Reid is an imbecile who's contributing to the destruction of this country. So I refuse to hope, or celebrate his potential reelection.

Jack, you'd vote for Obama even if George Washington rose from the grave, and ran in the 2012 election.

Sarah Palin is always at the top of every list, bad or good, the people that fear her have made her a household word all over the Planet, I don't believe it will ever happen but should she run and should she get elected the Palin Haters have nobody to blame but themselves, they made her.
