As an NC State alum, I really hope Glennon gets to come in and potentially win the job. He's no world class athlete or anything, but he does make smart decisions. I think he could win more games for TB than McCown.

The Logan 4th rder could be the #1 pick of round 4.

Realistically, we could have 3 picks in the 93-103 range:

- Our own 3rd round pick, which has been 91 and 93 the past 2 seasons
- A 3rd round comp pick for Aqib Talib, around 97 or so
- Tampa Bay's 4th round pick, which could be in the low 100 range

BB could do very nicely with that combination. Though he managed to turn 91 and 102 in 2013 into Duron Harmon and Josh Boyce.

It was Lovie Smith's idea to sign McCown rather than either keep Glennon or draft a QB, so he's got some 'splaining to do too.

McCown had a passer rating of 109.0 (third behind fivehead and Foles), threw 13 TD's, 1 int and completed 66.5% of passes. But any fan who understands football knew that was fool's gold. McCown is a career journey man back up QB. Nothing more than that.

I actually feel sorry for Lovie Smith. Got pushed out of Chicago because of Cutler now he's inherited this crappy team lead by a career backup QB who at the twilight of his career had his best season in Chicago last year. Just another Matt Flynn, IMO.

Tampa Bay had a top defense last year. Doesn't look so good now. Lovie dumped Revis and brought in his own defensive scheme. Lovie was instrumental in bringing in McCown from Chicago. In fact, doesn't he have final personnel authority in Tampa Bay?
