We really need to sign a good player NOW!

Not because we need good players, I know that we do. Not to get a jump on other teams for the best FA's still available, but that would be nice.

The reason that we need to sign a good player now is to stop stupid theads like this one from being posted.

Then maybe we won't see as many nit picking, second guessing, absurd, and negitive threads that we have been seeing.

BB has determined that subscribers of Patsfans.com will need to understand that no matter how much pressure they bring, he will not succumb.

This was determined over the weekend when BB & SP had a meeting to discuss fundemental changes in the Patriots model due to all the recent negativity over here.

In a joint statement just released, BB stated " Patsfans.com is going to have to understand that we do not have any games scheduled in March (or April, May, June & July), therefore, we will not be unduly influenced by their paranoia or recent sickness of "chickenlittleitis". Also, Bellichick further stated when asked directly about kickers and receivers that someone will be kicking field goals and someone will be catching passes this year and absolutley, they will not be the same person."

But I'm not a Patriots fan anyway so that shouldn't matter right? The only reason I felt the need to chime in is because nazi posters who feel the need to patrol the board and act like moderators drive me up the freakin' wall. And that is pretty much what you are. Maybe I'll start a champaign against blind homer posts that praise every move the Patriots make. In the end, it shouldn't matter what your current opinion of this team is. What does matter is that you are able to express those opinions without some "true" Patriot fan jumping down your throat and accusing you of not being a real fan. It's alot easier to just ignore the thread and move on.

being patient has almost always worked out for the patriots; plus we havea much better chance of signing Bullik is we wait for him to be released. Cause the titans can not sign their first round draft pick and keep him, especially since they just got thorton, who is a very similiar player, with a little less house hold name value. So just relax, and the big moves will be made, even if it is resigning branch, seymore, and the others
