Interesting article from the gospel according to Moon.. high praise for the POTUS... nice to see some bipartisanship for a change.. interesting veiled comments on her hours getting cut back.. guess things are not going as well as everyone thought at Moonie Times..

Don't get too excited... it could well be just the church newsletter opening up space for a Democratic strategist (which is what Donna Brazile is.)

It could also be an announcement of "well, we're going to lose this day, screw it, run it." It is currently 7:32 a.m., Monday, March 23. It's going to be a big bounce-up day on the market as the markets digest details of the Obama plan... Asian markets have reacted already. Get your orders in now.

I wouldn't count on too much space devoted to similar views.

    The source! Just kidding.

Donna Brazile is a Democratic pundit who's always on TV representing the center left policy, candidates, and views. This is Donna Brazile. I'm sure you've seen her on TV.

UH-h, that would be YOU, as per usual.

Face it, you have NO other answer to me other than to go personal. It's clearly documented. The pages here on this site are all the evidence anybody would ever need. Reams and reams of class A proof. Libel and slander are your stock in trade.

Your ilk is tired, out of ideas, out of energy, out of everything. All you have left is hate mail. LOL :singing:

    Oh, well. You're bad.

Bad is a relative term.. you will note there has been a conscious effort to refrain from personal attacks.. your religion and your extreme beleifs are another story.. for that it is open season.

Who made that post a few days ago about projection? Reflex? Holy? I forget...

Here's a classic example above, from the forum's No. 1 hypocrite and antagonizer.

The market bounced cuz us taxpayers just ate for breakfast, a trillion dollars worth of Wall Street's irresponsible debt. Even better, investors are going to reep the rewards of subsidized risk, at the taxpayers expense. More help for Main Street as was promised.

In all seriousness, if you work in this country, and either aren't getting some form of welfare, or aren't making millions living easy, you truly are a sucker. Deadbeats are getting mortgages paid for by people like us, and Wall Streeters are having their irresponsibility excused. How's the saying go? Only in America.

Sure RW buddy. You're right. What we really need is a barter economy. You need bread? Kerosene? Ammo? I got 3 cats, 1 quite plump...

Or are you upset about the corporate welfare resulting from the moral hazard of knowing that when push came to shove, Paulson would send us down this road -- and, given his choices by then, rightly, I might add (despite himself, and despite letting the first dominos fall anyway.)

I'd suggest if you're upset at the present arrangement, you find a real socialist candidate, and work for the abolition of the market economy. It's how we got here. Or tell me what you'd do differently. If the answer is you'd do nothing and allow for a 10 year depression, well, you and I have different philosophies of what constitutes the good.

I do not share your easy dismissal of mixed market solutions, given the ripping successes of command economies in the East, and of unregulated capitalism in the West.

As to your plaintive evocation of "only in America"? Try only in America, Germany, France, England, Russia, China, etc., etc., etc. Responses have been global and have involved government bailouts of the financial markets in every G8 nation.

I get it. You're the guys that voted against Obama, and everything he does has to be a disaster for you. Yes, the markets rallied today, and yes, it was precisely as predicted. Does that mean we've hit bottom? Not necessarily, although for the first time since last September, a few tentative voices are saying that.

I love how you complain that the taxpayer is getting soaked if it's all taxpayer money, and then complain that the investors will get rich from subsidized debt, if private equity is brought to bear. Do you want it all to be taxpayer money?

Or is your answer, once again, to do nothing and have no credit markets?

This runs counter to capitalism, but if you are advocating for a command economy on the old Russian model, you could get by with that arrangement. I do not think that yielded good results.

You're right. When Richard Pryor said, "We bad," it meant he was only *acting* like he was "bad". In your case, "bad" means really, truly "bad", ie, not good.

As for your serial rendition of George Orwell's fulfilling prophecy, one only needs to look here http://www.patsfans.com/new-england...m-enjoying-change-government.html#post1325576 to see who launched the personal attacks. "situational" blah, blah..... "no room for the 1st Amendment at the WT"..... I mean, the WT has only given the whining leftie free airtime -- ooops, take that back -- the WT even pays good money to Donna Brazille for her predictable screeds. Which makes you a prima facia liar, yet again.

Only a genuine hypocrite would argue otherwise.

    Game -- set -- match.

    Next!!

Yeah, and to think all of this doomsday scene-stealing could have been avoided had the thieves who sold the CRA been rejected and sent home to civilian life. Oh, what a wonderful world it would be.....

    Ah, well. Live and learn.
