No deal was reached between Arizon and Warner so he wil be a FA Adam Schefter is reporting.
Not good news for us.

Not much effect on the Patiots, IMO, Warner and Cassel are very different; Warner would be a short term fix, Cassel more of a long term solution.

Hey, he'd make a decent back-up. Let's kick his tires... :D

I agree BUT, some teams may want Warner for a couple of years and than develop their own QB.

Some people are still are not sold on Cassel. I heard it here in Carolina..
Its the team...Plug anyone in and throw it to Moss.

They could say the same about Warner with Fitzgerald and Boldin.

Cardinals aren't sold on Leinart, though.
Warner adds an additional premium qb to the display window ...
but also opens up AZ as a club needing a starting qb.

Would be funny to have Leinart backing up Cassel, for a change.

It would be incredibly ironic if we traded Cassel to the Cardinals and he started for them next year.

Warner has said that if he doesnt sign with the cards hes going to retire; thus, he shouldnt effect cassel in a negative way.

I pretty sure he only wants to play in AZ, but they may change if they cant resign boldin
