The NFL Management Council must be wondering what they are getting for the millions they are spending on legal fees for Pash, Nash, Reisner, Wells, Sleepy, Sneezy and Dopey.

Judge Berman hammers at "generally aware" in his ruling and on the issue of whether Brady's team could question the investigators, you have to love the running dialogue at the bottom of pages 37 and 38 where Wells gets snarky with Kessler when asked whether the NFL is their client and if they were also "independent" investigators.

These overpaid ambulance chasers are the most incompetent attorneys, ever. Wells had the hubris to buy Serena Williams Manhattan condo while the appeal was underway assuming that he had a client for life in Roger Goodell and the NFL. Not.

If any of you are attorneys, I'd suggest dusting off the promotional brochure and sending it to [email protected].

That was the most astounding thing for me in reading the opinion (and it appeared, to Judge Berman too) that Wells' firm authored the "independent" report (with a little help from one side's employee, who then was not made available for examination by the other side) and then represented the NFL in the arbitration! WTF!? In fact, it's a disciplinary rule in the Code of Professional Conduct that an attorney who expects to be a material witness in a case cannot act as counsel for a party to the case (and query whether his partners can do so either). As I said elsewhere, it's either utter hubris or utter incompetence!

Fine for pats: 1 million
Fine NFL pays annually : 44 million +

LOOOOL!
