yes, of course... because most burned out druggies make tens of millions at the box office, and continue to secure bigger film contracts each time...

anyhow, when the film comes out, we'll all look forward to your insight about how wrong Stone is, despite the fact that you'll never have seen the work in the first place... you do that a lot with material you pontificate about, despite not knowing much of anything about it...

Should be a pretty objective flick.

Hey, whatever... Attacking the messenger's character is what you guys do. It's about all you have any more.

Doesn't really minimize the fact that Boy King was a drunken frat boy, with a C average, who got zoomed to the top of the National Guard list during a military draft. A failed businessman who sunk two energy companies, and ignored rampant steroid use on his own baseball team. A clown who makes up words and can't give a sincere, cognizant speech.

Call Stone biased all you like. Of course he is. But it won't make the Boy King's vast shortcomings go away. They're well documented. This script writes itself. No amount of "history will hail our Bush" sentiment will ever change that.

"Everybody knows" a lot of stuff among you guys.

By the way, just a wild guess here, but I'm thinking this is a satire, and this is not an actual Stone film, but a joke trailer.

You guys even click the link? Is this one of those lil problems you sometimes have related to opposeable thumbs or somthing?

Everybody Knows it's a joke... except people too busy prattling about what Everybody Knows.

No such thing. We can't even get objective journalism. Anyone who watches a movie for anything other than entertainment should have his head examined.

Please, Stone has been fabricating history for years, my bet is this film will do as well as the million other anti-bush films have done.

I love how a guy who makes MILLIONS, is a "failed businessman".

ps. when is the last time, you fly a fighter jet???

LMAO! El Busto Presidente Bush. The guy never achieved anything without his name. His oil companies all went belly up. He then sold these businesses to Saudi friends (see you down the road). Not to mention, by the letter of the law, he commited insider trading. He had a minor share in the Texas Rangers (again, do you think he became an investor because of his track record or his name). He became Gov. of Texas (Clinton slammers will harp on the economic gains during Clinton's terms due to the dot. com hysteria) and when he left, he nearly bankrupt the state of Texas ( and Austin, Tx is considered Silicon Valley II.)

Look at you, trotting out the same tired talking points over and over again, as if they've never been blasted out of the water... Your rationalization over Boy King's "genius" is really rather laughable at this point. ... The guy was bailed out by his father's cronies (or the Saudis) every time he failed, or did you miss that part of history?

Anyhow, I dunno what anti-Bush films you're talking about, but No End In Sight, Fahrenheit, and others made millions at the box office or in sales.

    You're too easy.

ps, you know what's really annoying, Bush is a hero or something for flying a fighter jet. Particularly when people use the word 'fighter', as if he didn't avoid the Vietnam conflict. Yes sir, he served his country well, not like that Kerry guy.

    Here we go again.............

Y'all say Bush is an idiot who never showed up for Service, yet somehow while never showing up, and skating on his Daddy's name, he learned how to fly a fighter jet, (I think that we can all agree, not something and "idiot" could accomplish).

By every degree that you claim that Kerry is a genius, Bush is better, he graduated from BOTH HARVARD AND YALE, with HIGHER grades than Kerry!

By every estimate, he made about $15 million dollars when he sold the Rangers to Hicks, not a bad piece of change for a "terrible businessman".

I've realized long ago, that your hatred and bigotry blind all of you to these facts, it was the same in the late 80s, when Reagan was ending his 2nd term, he was a criminal, asleep, an moron, all that usual leftwing viciousness, hell they even attacked him in death, but the American people knew that they had a great leader in Reagan, and Bush will turn out the same. Especially if Obama gets in.

Do you want to read the list of companies that went bankrupt under his command.
What did he do with the Rangers except use his influence to ripp off landowners property around Arlington and pick his nose at Ranger games.
A law degree trumps an MBA every time.
Bush, a great leader...........................says it all right there.

Pathetic doesn't begin to describe this post.

First, please show where you're getting Kerry vs. Bush grades.

Second, what owner doesn't sell a pro franchise for a profit any more? Why do you think salary caps and salaries and ticket prices keep going up? Is that some testimony to your hero's thrifty business tactics? lol...

You honestly think the American people will think Bush was a "great leader?" Then you're clearly delusional.

"Bigotry?" What are you even talking about? Do you understand the word? You're the one blind to facts, Bush worshipper.

Boy King could be caught beating a puppy's head in, and you'd be first in line to suggest it was an AQ puppy poised to kill us all. What a fantasy land.

    From the Globe no less..

    http://www.boston.com/news/nation/w...grades_portray_kerry_as_a_lackluster_student/

In 1999, The New Yorker published a transcript indicating that Bush had received a cumulative score of 77 for his first three years at Yale and a roughly similar average under a non-numerical rating system during his senior year.

Kerry, who graduated two years before Bush, got a cumulative 76 for his four years, according to a transcript that Kerry sent to the Navy when he was applying for officer training school. He received four D's in his freshman year out of 10 courses, but improved his average in later years.

The transcript shows that Kerry's freshman-year average was 71. He scored a 61 in geology, a 63 and 68 in two history classes, and a 69 in political science.

    Truely a genius!!!

interesting... so we have a slacking freshman who later increased his average after growing up a bit, as apposed to a career freshman who flatlined for his entire 4 years of C-student-ness...... noted...

face it... your hero is a limited man, intellectually... an embarrassment of a president.... this film will bare that out, as did numerous studies and reports and books of the past, including "Bush on the Couch"...

he can't speak, he doesn't know history, or foreign policy (especially the regions he's invaded), he's clueless about modern technology, and how the markets work, and has/had no backbone or courage to stand up to diabolical masters like Dick Cheney and Don Rumsfeld...

LOL... Where did I change the subject? We're still talking about Boy King's idiocy, are we not?

More like A) Ask a question; B) Recognize a bullshyt extrapolation based on a story that tells little; C). Put that story in proper perspective...

Anyhow, considering you won't acknowledge the points i made in the previous two posts, I'll accept that you have nothing to dispute concerning the man's intellectual shortcomings.

Admit what? Your goofy assessment? I'm not sitting here expecting YOU to admit you're the forum's #1 con man bloviator. But that's how I pretty much how we view you. Well, 1A, anyhow.

Now then, are you gonna sit here and suggest he does know history? Does know the countries he invades? Can speak well? Or will you continue to insist it's so simply on the surface ... and punting to attacking me? LOL....

    George Bush Our leader

Our Commander In Chief flew a fighter jet onto the USS Abraham Lincoln on May 2, 2003 to proclaim Mission Accomplished (some refute the Mission Accomplished banner as it was an achievement by that aircraft carrier, a common celebration in the Navy).
In the worst attack in our nations history, our President heard that the country had been attacked and took time to reflect on what he would do as the Commander In Chief (in the U.S.'s population of 294,043,000 some scoff at the notion that he didn't want to scare the classroom).
The Leader of the free world then called for a preemptive strike, invaded a country, disregarded the Geneva Convention, approved torture, dismissed Habeas Corpus, approved court less wiretaps, all in the name of Democracy.
The most influential person in the U.S. then oversaw one of the worst national disasters in U.S. history and was very moved ( special thanks to that aid who made the video of those news clips).
One of the greatest orators in our nations history will be remembered for a long time for the accomplishments that he has left us.

Chapter II. Appointments That Rival Lincolns.
