Anyone watching? Opinions? I think Palin is doing pretty well, Biden is very good.
She memorized her talking points well but what I can't stand is this fake folksy crap. "You're darn right" "Joe Six Pack" "Maverick" "Hockey Mom" Yuck. Are people really dumb enough to fall for that crap?
All she's doing is reading talking points, even if they're totally irrelevant to the questions.
Palin is doing much better than she did in her tv interviews so far. But Biden has a very fact filled answer for everything she brings up
The first thing i noticed was the size of Palins flag pin. I don't think i've ever seen one bigger.
She's not answering questions and trying to be folksy, but yes I agree she's doing well.
palin didn't know the banruptcy bill stuff and it showed
let;s change the subject to energy!!!!!
Did Biden just say that he wants to adjust not just the interest rate but the PRINICIPAL that people owe??????
Niether one answers the questions posed but Biden is much more confident,The snow queen is very stiff, and yes its like shes reading off a cue card.
Palin is regurgitating information well, Biden is actually answering the questions.
i love the scorecards.... some are a bit one sided
Biden just nailed her on climate change "if you don't know what caused it how can you stop it"
Actually, no he is not. Might as well not even have a moderator. This debate is a joke.
WTF is Biden talking about? Leave it up to the faiths to decide? This is why I can never vote for these pansy ass democrats.
Well okay, but at least he's on point. She gets asked about bankructy and goes off on her speech about energy policy.
What do you think Obama did last week?
Socialism ... they want to get elected with my $$$.
They're both doing well, it's pretty even I think. They're both hitting talking points and avoiding, or "steering" if you like, questions and answers to fit those points. I'd say they're drawing close to even.
I agree about her down-home slang though, it's bugging. If I hear "dern" or "heck" one more time, I'm swtiching to my DVR'd episodes of Fringe. Now THAT'S a show.
Palin is owning him.
I have a feeling the first major gaffe is coming
