Belichick
While everyone sees Belichick as a stern authoritarian, he views him as a cool dude. Saying he makes jokes in the meeting room but at the same is very business like and players respect that.
Said he'll never forget the first meeting where Bill put on game footage and started going off on players, starting with Brady. Showed him making some bad throws and said he could get a High School kid off the street who could do better, in a completely serious tone.
At that moment him and Moss looked at each other at the same time and straightened up from their seats, knowing he was going to jump on everyone. Belichick started off the meeting by telling everyone that none of them performed well enough to win a Super Bowl the previous year and that was the goal this year.
Perfection
A lot of older guys on the team weren't really trippin' on having a perfect record, but rather just getting a Super Bowl championship. At the end of the day they took it one game at a time but behind the scenes obviously wanted it. Said they didn't really start thinking about it until the 7th or 8th game of the season, but amongst each other only talked about it lightly.
Said Belichick was a big reason for that successful season and that nine times out of ten they beat the Giants in that game.
SpyGate
Belichick gave them a brief overview of what happened, no more than three minutes long then never spoke of again.
Told the players he didn't want anyone talking about and that he would handle.

Said he still keeps in touch with some players and that his dreads are better than Maroney.
