Even if the engines were fukkced up? If they were, OF COURSE people should sue for the experience of thinking they were going to die (i.e. punitive damages)!
If they find it was truly just the geese, then the $5,000 grand is enough. Since when does the company say how much is enough? in 99.9% of cases, corporations are wrong and citizens are right. After all, we have a bill of rights that is only for people, not corporations.
So we AGREE then. Why did you lay into me? I said the same thing you're saying from the beginning. ONLY if the there was malfunction of the engines should people sue for all they can get.
I'd say $10k and it's a deal. Or, free flights for life.
If you're of a mind, I'm not saying you personally, but you're of a mind to think the airline screwed up, shouldn't that read "...free flights for death"?
No, because I'd figure that chances of crashing again would be pretty slim.
I wonder if this airline has any "suspicious" looking people working on the engines.
