wait a sec. the colts left Baltimore in 83? and they never won a division in 20 years after that? talk about total suckage.... almost as bad as the jets....who have the same number as a team that left the division 43 years ago.....

thanks for sharing these....gave me a good laugh early in the morning.

Just to keep the entertainment alive, would someone with accounts on the Jets message boards post this tally over there?

Wait—that implies that Jet fans were actually connected to reality before this year. I fear you'll need a revised, revised edition.

The Colts won the AFC East in Baltimore in '70, '75, '76, and '77, and in Indianapolis in '87 and '99.

You do realize TWO of the Jets division titles were won on a tie breaker correct? LMAO!

Maybe the table should contain a separate category for that... and also list the teams' last AFCE championship.

I just read your signature
Los Angeles Jets. Its the merciful thing to do.
So, why do you have so much hate for L.A.? I mean besides the usual.

Another stat some of us older Patriot fans might find interesting The Pats are currently only 6 wins behind Oakland in all-time wins for the Original 8 AFL franchises; Raiders, Pats, Broncos, Chiefs, Chargers, Oilers/Titans, Bills and Jets. We are also only two playoff wins behind the Raiders 25 to 23. We should be able to pass them in each category by next season. The only two other what I call AFL teams are Miami and Cincy. The Fish have a better winning pct than us. Just not more total wins.

Current Standings
Oakland 429 - 361 - 11
New England 423 - 368 - 9
Denver 416 - 375 - 10
KC 404 - 384 - 12
San Diego 396 - 393 - 11
Tennessee 390 - 404 - 6
Buffalo 369 - 423 - 8
Jesters 364 - 428 - 8

Before Belichick
Oakland 348 - 237 - 11
KC 315 - 269 - 12
Denver 301 - 285 - 10
SD 290 - 295 - 11
Buffalo 288 - 300 - 8
Tennessee 280 - 310 - 6
New England 275 - 312 - 9
Jesters 260 - 328 - 8

I pity NY more than I hate LA. Besides, NY has a legitimate football organization with the Giants (as much as I don't like them either). There's no need for NY to pretend it has two football teams, so let's stop the ruse and make it clear they only ever had one. There are options besides LA of course. How about the Savannah Jets? Or the London Jets? Or the Salt Lake City Jets? Or the Anchorage Jets? Or the Honolulu Jets?
