    http://www.cnn.com/2007/WORLD/meast/02/11/iraq.main/index.html

We are SO going into Iran. Bush is intent on dominating the Middle East, and also wants to go in there to preserve our reserve currency status (petrodollar). Israelis are doing everything they can to bring the US into war with Iran to stop nuke fears.

Whether the evidence is real or not, you can be sure we'll come up with some way to be in Iran within the year. WWIII is about to start...

I don't think we will be going into Iran. I am curious though. Do YOU think IRan is involved in providing the IED to the terrorist? If not Iran who do you think are providing these devices to the terrorist?

Thanks Rush....how's the football analysis going?

Try blackmarket...shaped charges are not excluded from the laundry list of toys available for those with the cash. I want someone outside the administration to review the documents and testimony from captured Iranians before assuming this as truth.

Must be a reflex response to being lied to before.

    I don't know for sure...do you?.....does Bush?

When they are able to definitively prove that the weapons were sourced from that shady Iranian group...and that this initiative was clearly sanctioned by their chief nitwit....then it may be true.

I am biased when it comes to Bush/Cheney....
If they say it's sunny....I go and buy an umbrella.

Say it is all true Harry....What do we do then?

No, he's intent on keeping the most unstable part of the world from destroying us all - we are probably a few decades too late, unfortunately - and part one of Bush's attempt hasn't gone too well.

I think his motives are not that altruistic.

With regard to Iraq...I think he was just trying to clean up his father's mess and did so without thinking the whole situation through.

With Iran he is reacting emotionally to a complex Political and Nuke Proliferation challenge that Stealth Bombers and Cruise Missiles won't fix.

We are deep Do Do :bricks:

Simple question NEM even for you.

So NEM Bill Clinton's justice dept filed an indictment against Saddam Hussein that explicitly mentioned his association with Osama Bin Laden in the indictment.

Was the Clinton Administration lying when they mentioned Saddam's assocaition with Bin Laden in their indictment in 1998?

Any of the other people who feel the Iraq front in the GWOT was fraudulent are welcome to offer their opinion.

IMO this was just a continuation of the previous admins policy, just more aggressive due to the events of 9-11.:D

Could you post a link to that?

I was unaware of any contact (direct or otherwise) between Sadaam and Osama Bin Laden. Sadaam hated the "Big O" because of the threat to his regime brought by Wahabiism and all the religious militancy associated with it.

Jet parts. Parts that were dumped as scrap for planes that are 30 years old. Some tardo bought bulk scrap and then resold them as parts.

Not surprisingly, you're wrong again. Do some research before you say something like we gave them all....The laundry list of nations who's supplied Iraq with such weapons is long and extensive. Europe has sold them the vast majority of the dirty goods.

They've been doing it since the war started. There was a Stryker loaded with some 14 marines, mostly sniper units, that got obliterated in '04, or '05. At the time, there was talk that it was Iranian supplied. I can understand from Irans position why they would want to help the effort against us. It's logical from their perspective. All that this will be used for is leverage. We're not going to attack them. IMO anyway.
