TVU PLAYER QUESTION (little help here)

Hey guys im trying to use the TVU player to watch the Pats game.

I have it on ESPN but there is no sound and the picture is all choppy.

I used it on sunday and it was fine. It was choppy and had no sound at first but not like this.

I am going on 10 minutes with a crappy picture and no sound... Does anyone know anyting about TVU or how to fix this?

please help me out.
 
I'm not getting any sound either :(
 
ok i finally got sound (after at least 10 minutes) but the picture is still terrible

ANYONE????

Here is another program if that one is acting up. They make you make a 1 time payment though. No Monthly fee. Its a 1 time payment and you get Unlimited Satellite On Your Computer for a Lifetime Membership. They get channels like CBS ,FOX ,NBC,ABC , ESPN,ESPN 2 and over 5000 worldwide total channels. I got that tvu also and that's not doing snit.
