The 1812 Overture????? This does nothing to get the fans "jacked and pumped".

Eh, matter of opinion I guess. It's better than the other junk they were offering as alternatives in that poll.

So that is the song that won huh?

If they wanted a "new" song, there were SO many better choices out there. Hopefully they come up with something better soon!

Yeh, it should have been the William Tell Overture for that. ;)

I disagree. The junk rock and rap sh!t was justt too poor. I would have prefered to have some original Boston music say John William's composition while he was at at the Boston Pops. I believe its called the STAR WARS theme.

And there is nothing wrong with some band music like we used to see at football games. How about some John Phillip Sousa
"Patriotic" music like "Star and Stripes Forever"?

The touchdown song was U2's Elevation. They were playing the 1812 Overture after the PAT.

    #61 Jersey

Wrong. It is very upbeat and unique, and the minutemen shoot multiple volleys while it's playing -- fun to watch.
