I slept well for the first time in a while after this. Everytime I talked to this guy, I felt like I had to shower with some sort aniseptic. Another prime example of our Judicial system. Please, please, watch your children on the computer, yes, it is spying on them, but this guy was in kids chat rooms everyday.

Let's hope his stay in prison will be five yrs, 10 mos of bliss and harmony with the freakiest members of the population there. Why does he have 30 days to show for his time. The cops should be on the way to his house with the orange jump suit in hand. Privelidge has its rewards. Hope they don't PC him in jail.

    Congratulations, FTW.

The guy's abusive behavior of going into kids chatrooms is enough for me to think he deserves the time he got. I think that's an even worse crime than getting hold of pictures, but the pictures too are terrible because if it wasn't for people like him there would be a lot less child exploitation.

Do you think the internet is making it easier to catch people or is introducing people to child abuse and porn? Seems to me the internet is enabling people, and maybe some of these people would not have commited such crimes if the internet did not make it so easy and "anonymous."

Reagan revoked parole in the federal system, you do almost every minute of your time in a federal jail (Ask Jamal Lewis), so five years will be five years. He can also never touch a computer again.

Patters you are right, the internet has allowed very sick people to find each other, but the beauty of a computer is that it is not annonymous. With a subpenoa you can find out who anyone is just by the IP.

    Speaking of paedos...

Did ya'll see this, http://msnbc.msn.com/id/9927253/ ? MSNBC has been showing it nonstop. It's amazing how these powerful figures (a rabbi, a doctor, a special education teacher, etc.) will stoop to such low levels in order to fulfil their perverted needs. It's classic TV whenever the host reveals that they're being filmed for network television. Some of those guys must be on suicide watch, Rabbi David Kaye in particular.
